Benjamin (“Ben”) Day at LIV Sotheby’s International Realty provides sellers and buyers with a wealth of information sparked by imagination. In September 2020, Ben became the Managing Broker of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s office in Colorado Springs. He is currently working towards becoming a Certified Ninja Manager and Coach, through the Ninja Selling Advanced Leadership Institute curriculum created by Larry Kendall. Ben’s consistent repeat business keeps him in constant touch with an enviable variety of individuals to draw on for local information. Licensed in real estate and selling exclusively in the Pikes Peak Region since 1999, Ben has helped hundreds of buyers and sellers in their real estate success, and is now leading a team of expert agents in Colorado Springs to thrive through the mission of LIV Sotheby's. Ben understands that the modern real estate consumer has access to extensive data and resources; what can be lacking is the context and strategy to properly benefit from these resources. Ben applies leadership, experience, visualizations and language to make the difficult, accessible, and the abstract, concrete. Ben maps buyer trends, probes with thoughtful questions, and enjoys the ability to project how sellers and buyers can take advantage of what is presently known and what will soon emerge. Energetic and passionate, Ben’s ultimate goal is to get to the heart of the real estate opportunity, for both his clients and his agents. Ben honors the delicate relationship between emotion and what is measurable. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Colorado College, Ben also utilizes a Lay Counseling Certification from the Seattle School for Theology and Psychology to present his array of skills and knowledge in the most caring and humane way possible. Real estate combines Ben’s love of place, with the depth of an individual’s private story. Ben charitably supports Springs Rescue Mission, Mary’s Home and North Springs/Monument Young Life and has been a member of Empire Title’s Peak Producers since 2011, including serving three years on their Board of Directors (2017, 2018, 2020). Ben is a lifelong resident of The Rockies and his recreational pursuits usually involve the narrow trails of the high country, hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, or toting his fly rod for backcountry trout.
